精密模鍛機電工程項目試運行是對工程建設的符合性進行實踐檢驗的階段，目的是通過試運行工程是否可以投入生產或營運，或者還要進行完善整改。因而試運行管理就是模擬營運的管理。試運行有單機無負荷試運行、聯動無負荷試運行、負荷試運行三種，無負荷試運行屬于施工作業范疇，后兩者的試運行是否由工程建設總承包單位承在總承包合同中作出約定。本條主要知識點是：試運行準備，試運行實施，試運行評價。

(二)試運行的技術準備工作包括：確認可以試運行的條件、編制試運行總體計劃和劃、制定試運行技術方案、確定試運行合格評價標準。
（2） The technical preparations for trial operation include: confirming the conditions for trial operation, preparing the overall plan and plan for trial operation, preparing the technical scheme for trial operation, and determining the qualification evaluation standard for trial operation.

二、試運行實施

(一)實施前的檢查
（1） Inspection before implementation
1、對工程實體進行檢查，確認已完成設計文件規定的全部工作內容，并經調試合格，符工驗收標準。

2、對準備工作進行檢查，確認準備工作已符合預期的各項要求。

1、按精密模鍛機電工程項目的特點組織試運行，所有作業行動符合生產或營運的作業規程規定。

2、試運行中發現故障或異常，應立即停止試運行，在分析原因排除故障后，才能重新啟動試運行。

(二)精密模鍛機電工程施工質量驗收標準的依據，也是試運行評價的重要依據，是將工業工程和房屋建筑安裝工程分開的。
